Max Henley

Max Henley has always had a close connection with art. The creative process allowed him to clear his mind and find a deeper purpose in life. When he was a teenager, Max had the opportunity to intern as a tattoo artist in Columbia. It was a transformative experience for him that boosted his confidence and self-esteem. This encouraged him to pursue a career as a tattoo artist and move to Kansas City to study, where he eventually met his mentor. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in illustration, Max saved up and continued his studies in this field. Today, he loves to create pieces with a unique quality derived from combining traditional tattoo design with the texture and depth of black and gray tattoos.
